Supporting Our Team's Fundraising Efforts

As a 501 (c) 3 nonprofit organization, Potomac Falls Crew Club relies on the generosity of our community, parents, and sponsors to support our athletes, maintain our equipment, and fund our programs.

Administrating a High School Youth Crew programs are very costly but your support can make a big difference as we grow our program. Smaller Club programs (20–60 members) like our can cost an average of $100,000–$200,000 annually.

Typical Costs include:

• Facilities: rent/mortgage, utilities, maintenance, insurance

• Equipment: boats, oars, motorboats, repairs, maintenance

• Competitions and Events: regatta fees, travel costs, hosting events

• Miscellaneous: fuel, safety equipment, marketing, apparel
