Club and High School Rowing

PFCC represents and competes as High School level in concert with Potomac Falls Highs School.

Winter Training Programs

Learn the basics of rowing and develop essential skills with our experienced coaches. Programs take in state of the art indoor facility and include ERG time, strength training, stamina/endurance building, and tank time. Learn rowing techniques and build endurance with our dedicated coaching staff.

Spring High School Programs

Compete at the High School level at local and regional regattas. Represent Potomac Falls High School as a student athlete. Put all of your Fall and Winter training to work by competing scholastically.

Fall Club Rowing Programs

Join our club team and strive for excellence in local and regional rowing events during the October to Mid-November timeframe. Practices and training take place at Algonkian Regional Park in Sterling Virginia.
